Training is deemed essential in overall development of human beings. SOJAG has been providing training to its group members on a regular basis on modern agricultural practices, leadership, group dynamics, social analysis and root causes of poverty and empowering people for their own development. This has been an on-going activity of SOJAG since its inception and since groups were being formed.

SOJAG Center, located in Kalampur, Dhamrai caters to the need of training for its staff. Housed in an 8-storied building with 3 classrooms, trainings were and are being provided on relevant programs including group dynamics, credit management, livestock rearing and management, bio-gas, accounts management.
