Group Formation & Mobilization

SOJAG mobilizes the poor and the disadvantaged people and organize them into groups. As a first step towards greater awareness and ‘conscientization’ these groups are deemed necessary; regular group meetings are held to discuss social injustices, root causes of poverty, value of education and literacy, cooperative use of resources, etc., for their own overall development. The goal of this program is to create an atmosphere and to empower these men and women to transform themselves into agents of their own change and development.
